While it is our goal to make comfortable and empowering clothing, we get it that sometimes it just isn’t right.
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the items(s) are:
- In their original condition including: clean, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered in any way.
- With all original tags remaining in place
- Without make-up marks (we make this point especially for the boys 😉)
Please note, this policy does not cover:
- Typical wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents
- If product care instructions are not followed
- Discontinued items
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment. In this case, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only).
Please note, if you wear the received, incorrect order or faulty garment, this will void any exchange.

Customers willing to exchange can only exchange for the same style in a different size.
Customers willing to exchange for an item that is sold out must select an available item for the same price in its place, unless that item is being restocked within 30 days.
Please note, we recommend you use a traceable postage service when sending returns as we are not responsible for item(s) that may get lost.
The process to return/exchange an item is as follows:
STEP 1 – Send us an email.
- Send us an email including the reason for the return or exchange.
- This email must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Should you have received faulty items, please include pictures of the faulty product.
STEP 2 – Print your authorisation number email.
- Once we have replied with an authorisation number, please print the email.
STEP 3 – Safely pack and send with the printed authorisation number email.
- The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an authorisation number.
- Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging with labels attached and with the printed authorisation number email held securely within the package.

STEP 4 – Let us do the rest!
- Once we have received your merchandise, we will inspect your order to ensure that it abides by this policy and proceed with your refund or exchange.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed once we have received your item.
You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange or provided you with a refund.
Please note: we reserve the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
